WRKFLWAI / PRIVACY

Your enquiry details.

This notice explains how the wrkflwai website uses information submitted through its discovery form. wrkflwai is an AI workflow software brand by Someshwara Software.

What you share

The form asks for your name, work email, company, workflow interest and a description of what you would like to improve. Please do not include confidential documents, passwords, sensitive personal information or live operational records.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond to your request, discuss your workflow and arrange a discovery conversation. When delivery is configured, the enquiry is sent through Mailgun to the configured business inbox. This website does not sell enquiry data.

Campaign context and local storage

The form can include campaign tags, page context and the referring website hostname to help understand where an enquiry came from. Bounded campaign context is stored in your browser’s session storage for up to 24 hours and expires with the session.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, workflow interest, receiving-demo engagement and successful discovery requests. Analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalization are disabled.

We do not send your name, email, company name, enquiry text or document quantities to Analytics. Page addresses exclude arbitrary query strings and fragments. Google receives technical information about an analytics request and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to one year. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change it. Choosing essential-only stops analytics events and removes this site’s analytics cookies. Analytics reports depend on visitor choices and may not include every visit.

The receiving demo

The synthetic receiving example runs entirely in your browser. Quantity edits and CSV exports are local. The demo does not upload documents, perform AI extraction, authenticate approval or connect to a warehouse system.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@someshwara.com to ask about your enquiry details or request their deletion. Any later assessment or pilot has separately agreed data-handling, access and retention requirements.
