A checked record. An agreed destination.

The first pilot connects one receiving process to one output. We assess the interface your system actually provides before proposing a connector.

How does wrkflwai connect to a WMS or ERP?

Start with an agreed record format and one destination. A file import can be the first useful handoff. A direct API integration depends on your system’s interfaces, permissions and test access; it is scoped during assessment.

Choose the handoff around your process.

Integration options to assess, rather than a list of pre-built connectors
OptionWhen it can fitWhat to agree
File export or importA pilot or an existing system with a documented import format.Columns, required identifiers, units, validation and the person responsible for importing.
Scoped API integrationYour system exposes an appropriate interface and a safe test environment.Authentication, permissions, request/response mapping, acceptance and failure handling.
Event or webhook handoffYour platform supports a suitable event interface.Event ownership, acknowledgement, retries, duplicate protection and reconciliation.

Specify the record before the transport.

Map the document reference, supplier identifier, item reference, unit and quantity to the fields your destination expects. Decide how unknown items and missing references should be reviewed. Avoid silently inventing an identifier to satisfy a required field.

Define the point at which a record is ready to leave the review workflow. Keep consequential updates behind the agreed approval step, and specify how a changed record affects an existing approval.

Make acceptance and failure visible.

A transport response and an accepted operational record are different things. Confirm what your destination returns, how your team sees rejections, and how accepted records are reconciled against their source.

  • Assign a stable record or request identifier so retries do not create duplicates.
  • Agree which failures can be retried automatically and which require staff review.
  • Specify the owner of exceptions, including network outages and rejected item mappings.
  • Record enough status information for the team to reconcile the handoff.

What access is needed for an assessment?

Bring the system name and version, a description of the current import or integration process, and the team responsible for access. Relevant interface documentation, an approved test environment and representative expected records help establish what can be delivered.

Hosting, access control, sample handling, retention and production credentials are agreed separately. We do not ask you to enter credentials or confidential documents into the website enquiry form.

Can you promise a connector for my platform?

We confirm the platform’s available interface and the scope before committing. This page describes integration approaches to evaluate; it does not claim certified partnerships or ready-made connectors for every WMS or ERP.
